Pazopanib can raise liver blood tests and, uncommonly, cause serious (rarely fatal) liver injury — most often in the first ~4 months. This is why your team checks liver tests frequently early on (often weekly for a while) and adjusts or stops the drug if levels rise. Report yellowing of skin/eyes, dark urine, or belly pain.

A striking but harmless effect: hair often turns lighter or grey over weeks-months (from the drug's effect on pigment). It reverses after stopping the drug — no action needed.

Pazopanib can lower thyroid function (tiredness, cold), leak protein into the urine, and affect the heart's electrical timing (QT). These are usually found on monitoring; your team checks thyroid tests, urine protein, ECG, and blood salts.
